The choice of the font in a graphic project is very important because it communicates the editorial intention, the type of content and the target. Domani is a newspaper to be read with analytical contents that go in depth, and this must be communicated. For the font of the headlines we chose the Mafra Display, an elegant and at the same time strong font. The secondary font is called Barlow and has excellent readability, both digitally and on paper.

The layout of Domani has a main objective: to visualize the value of the content to excite the user and lead him to concentrate on reading. In fact, the project foresees intense pages, with one or two pieces, maximum three and with a very evident news hierarchy. It is a newspaper to read with very long texts and for this reason headlines have been inserted that help to create a rhythm in reading. The white on the page serves to balance the depth of the texts, which lightens the page and therefore facilitates readability.
